Salacious Crumb was released during The Shadow Of The Dark Side collection in September 2010 as a Walmart exclusive. The figure was packed-in with Jabba The Hutt and Oola. Salacious can be seen in Return Of The Jedi, inside Jabba's Palace, sitting by Jabba's tail.

The figure is a repaint (differently painted mouth area) and slight re-tool (the tail is now glued on and can't be removed or turned) of the 2007 Salacious Crumb with C-3PO from The Anniversary Collection. The small figure has 5 joints, with the neck and legs being ball-jointed. Both shoulders were given swivel joints. Because of the pre-positioned legs and the lack of knee joints the figure is unable to stand. There are no peg holes in the feet so he can't be placed on a stand. However, this is not a big deal since the figure was designed to sit, like it was seen in the movie. And, Salacious Crumb can sit very well! There were no accessories or weapons included with the monkey-lizard.

The paint application on Salacious is OK with slightly darker and lighter browns on the body. The sculpt is OK for such a small figure and gets the job done. Aesthetically, Salacious Crumb really does look nice with well hidden joints, and he appears as if he has about the correct height in comparison with other Star Wars figures. All in all, this Salacious Crumb is a nice extra, and completes the Jabba The Hutt playset nicely.

Jabba The Hutt and Salacious Crumb sit on a throne as Oola dances for the crime lord. The loathsome Hutt is momentarily entertained by the Twi'lek dancer's graceful performance. His monkey-lizard cackles with glee, knowing that Jabba will soon turn to some other amusement, such as throwing another victim to the hungry rancor.
