This Princess Leia in Hoth Gear was released individually carded during the The Power Of The Force 2 toy line in 1999 as a Star Wars Fan Club exclusive. Leia was seen wearing the Hoth Outfit in The Empire Strikes Back.

The figure has 6 movable parts, with swivel joints in the neck, shoulders, the waist and both legs. Leia stands very shaky on her legs, but there are peg holes in both feet, so she could be placed on a stand. The vest is removable, but without it, the figure's appearance looks off. The super bulky blaster fits very well into the figure's right hand, but it doesn't fit into the left.

The paint application on Hoth Leia looks good, with a cleanly painted face and different beige and off-white colors on the outfit. The face is sculpted nicely with the correct hair style, and the patterns on the outfit look good too. Unfortunately, the figure is too tall for a Leia figure, and stands almost face to face with a basic Star Wars figure. All in all, this Fan Club exclusive Leia from 1999 still looks good more than 10 years later, but of course it can't compete with modern releases, or Hoth Leia released in The Vintage Collection in 2010.

Imperial Snowtroopers have been spotted inside Hoth's Rebel base. Little time remains for Princess Leia and Han Solo to make it to the Millennium Falcon and escape with their lives.
